Terms Of Service
You must read and agree to these terms before and during the commission process. Failure to do so will have your commission denied and potentially leading to a blacklisting from future commissions.

Will and Won’t draw:
Will draw: all genders, all sexualities, anthros, humans/humanoids, SFW, NSFW, most species (depending on complexity), MLP (SFW ONLY), toony styles, micro/macro, hyper, pissplay/watersports, inflation, soft vore, pet play, BDSM, most other kinks/fetishes (if it isn’t in my “won’t draw” section, ask)
Won’t draw: zoophilia/beastiality, cub/CSAM/pedophilia, LGBTQphobia, racism, sexism, other hateful/bigoted themes, realistic styles, overcomplicated characters/designs/backgrounds, rape, death/gore, vomit, incest
Legal Agreement
I do NOT consent to my work being used for artificial intelligence in any form. Any use of AI training or replicating my work is illegal and action will be taken.
For legal reasons, ALL clients must be at least 18 years of age at the time they fill out the quote form. In Canada and the United States, anyone under the age of 18 cannot be legally held to a contract and I could face serious legal repercussions.
I DO NOT DO COMMISSIONS FOR MINORS!
The client’s character MUST BE OF THEIR OWN CREATION, either designed by the commissioner or an adopted/bought character from another artist. Copyrighted characters (ie a Pokemon, cartoon character, etc.) cannot be made on commission due to copyright laws.
STOLEN ART/CHARACTERS WILL HAVE THE OFFENDER BLACKLISTED AND A WARNING SENT OUT TO OTHER ARTISTS.
COMMISSIONED ARTWORK IS NOT TO BE REPRODUCED, unless agreed upon between myself and the client. If I find someone has reproduced one of my works, the person or business in question will receive a DMCA notice and possible other legal action.
Quotes and Commissioning
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE FINANCIALLY STABLE ENOUGH BEFORE COMMISSIONING. While I am easy to negotiate with if something goes wrong during the commission process, I do still want the commission to be completely paid off in a timely manner. Make sure you’re ready to commit fully before you commission!
All commissions require a character reference of some form! A full body, 2 to 4 sided (front, back, sides) reference sheet of the client’s character is preferred, INCLUDING any extra details. This is to ensure that I can provide an accurate price quote. This would also ensure the finished artwork looks exactly the way the commissioner wants it.
I DO NOT ACCEPT AI IMAGES AS REFERENCES! Any AI images found in your referance material will lead to the commission beinf rejected.
All price quotes are valid for 12 months (one year) when they are received. Afterwards, potential customers would be required to get a new price quote.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE BY E-TRANSFER (CANADA ONLY) OR PAYPAL ( INTERNATIONAL). This is to ensure a safe and legal way to keep track of commissions.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS WILL BE DONE BY REQUEST/INVOICE. Please ensure the Paypal email entered on the commission form is correct!
I DO NOT TAKE RUSH ORDERS OR DEADLINES. I am only human and can only work at my own pace.
Refunds, Cancellations and Returns
Please give me time to reply to emails if you have any issues with payment or cancellations. My business email can get swamped at times, but I try to reply within 3 days.
Cancellations can be made at any time during the commission. Simply send me an email or message on any of my social medias and we can work out a refund.
Forced chargebacks during or after the commission process will result in the client being blacklisted, a warning sent out to other artists, as well as be reported to my bank/Paypal and the authorities. This is currently my only source of income and I need to be able to pay for food and bills.
